I haven't used an alarm clock since before Amy was born. I went through a period where I was trying to get up at 4am to start my day and it was ruining <a href="http://domesticpsychology.blogspot.com/" rel="nofollow">Cathy</a>'s sleep as I tried to get up but simply used the snooze alarm until 6am. One day I just decided to not use the alarm clock anymore. Now if I tell myself to get up at 5:59 I do. If I choose to get up at 4:01 I do. I rarely make it an even number like 5:00. I still have trouble getting out of bed if I've been up late (but I still wake up) and the wake time is too early so I try not to do that. That’s now.
