One of the ladies in the office downloaded some "free" software with some malware attached. Even after uninstalling the software, the malware remained and practically shut things down. The Geek Squad ended up handling it after too much of my time and one of our patient's. Fortunately, it's handled now, but what a mess! I agree about the Malware.
