Car backfired causing Susan to jump and let go of her balloon which popped on the concrete ceiling causing Barney Fife to shoot his bullet causing an onslaught of ambulances and police to the scene bring Dick Cheney to alert who pulls his gun and shoots President Bush and tries to cover it up as a hunting accident.
