		<description>I had to uncheck Internet Enhanced Security otions under Control Panel\Add-Remove Programs\Microsoft Windows components on left hand side.  Let it remove all enhanced security settings and then reboot the server.. After I did this all 3 cold fusion services started right Up!</description>

the &#039;master browser&#039; is a common windows thing where the network is setup using workgroups. network browsing &#039;master&#039; status is delegated to any machine on the network following a &#039;browser election&#039; which generally is won by the computer with the longest uptime (or something like that). it has nothing to do with what each computer does or doesn&#039;t do.</description>
