A good editor that cuts out the bad scenes, makes sure the director gets at least one of those quirky head to the right “I am surprised that you came to that conclusion on your own and I am proud of you” looks in every show, and adds a good soundtrack. Oh, let’s not forget a decent health plan for those good drugs.
