It had xp home on it for a while, but I tried to reinstall it once and Micro$oft said nope. I didn't fight it because, like I said, something is physically broken with it (it shuts off if you don't hold it right, etc). I've got another Dell about the same age, maybe newer, with the screen almost broken off. I’ve got a Dell p3 in my basement.
