It only took a week of being off my blood pressure medicine to remember why the doctor put me on blood pressure medicine in the first place. I hate taking those pills but apparently not enough to actually exercise.

You are approaching 40 and I personally would like to have you around for a LONG time. You are genecically predisposed to high blood pressure so look out for yourself. LOVE,

Yes, high blood pressure runs in our family which is why I shouldn’t take those pills. Family traditions are important!
