They say Xanax is addictive but I’ve found that once you hit 10mg you can stave off the desire to make the dosage higher by simply taking more frequent 10mg dosages throughout the day. Addiction averted!
Dreams last night were very vivid and bizarre…transparent…obviously anxiety induced…but interesting.
Evening derailed.
Yesterday I launched rockets with the cub scouts. We had a blast!
This morning I awoke at 2:30 but could not get myself out of bed. I tossed and turned for 3.5 hours. I received neither rest nor got work done.
The dream is gone.
We live in an Internet Dark Age. Services can be so much better. Every day I fight technical problems that simply should not plague us. Today’s technical glitches:

What the hell are you doing?
Today I played with Evan. He enjoys being pushed on the tire swing. Amy and I worked together to install a tic-tac-toe board in the ground outside by burying bricks. I worked on hole two of the minigolf we are installing in the side yard (which will be ready by the time the kids hit college). Cathy and I did Easter shopping for tomorrow’s meal and Easter stuff. There were laughs and stress. There was some cleaning.
The evening ended with a delightful dinner.
The carpenter bees have made the first offensive and gained ground. I suspect the mosquitoes are warming up their war machine.
