PowerShell ISE replaced by Visual Studio Code

I didn’t realize PowerShell ISE wasn’t compatible with PowerShell 7. If you are still using PowerShell ISE and wondering why everything executes on PowerShell 5, try switching to Visual Studio Code with the official Microsoft PowerShell extension.
