Walking through Butler & Bailey, I feel a swell of joy
I sense positive change in my life
As if I am in the process of emerging from a cocoon.
I am calm
I can handle the next part of this journey with ease
I am happy!
I exit the store
To see a dragonfly dying on the sidewalk
Slowly moving its wings for the final time.

It’s my reality
Everyday I come a little bit more to terms with the fact that I’m alone and the rest of you are simply constructs of my imagination. I’m sure this creates some very large problems for each of you on a quantum level but I cannot be held accountable for that since you don’t exist. That is all.

Kill A Programmer!
Does your programmer frustrate you? Do the words "two weeks" rolling off his/her tongue make you want to strangle that programmer? Well, now, just like every time to you clap your hands a fairy dies..is that right?..clapping? and fairies? There’s something about hands and kittens dying too. Neither here nor there because now you can kill a programmer! To date, 46479 have been eradicated. Yes, with just the click of the mouse, you can fry one of those frustrating nerds! Or you can just ask them a question.

Today’s Kill
A cat is a cat is a cat.
I don’t have to like that.
She gives me gifts
I’d prefer not to have.
Extinguished life.
Birds, mice, chipmunks and bats.
My bloodstain stoop
Her trophy case.
Today she stood proudly over a wren.
I think that’s what I buried.
