Master: Good, that means you’ll be able to stay up all day.

Student: I am at an impasse.
Master: Don’t do anything.

Student: All I have ever been, all I have ever wanted to become, my very core is being severely tested.
Master: Tests are meaningless. Outcomes are interesting.

Student: Well looks dry.
Master: Storm’s coming.

Student: I feel like never speaking again.
Master: Shush!

Student: How will I be remembered when I am gone?
Master: You will be forgotten.

Student: I spend much of my life solving other people’s problems.
Master: Who solves yours?

Student: There is no good choice.
Master: After enough bad decisions, all choices will look good.

Student: Somethings I will never do again.
Master: Touched that stove again eh?

Student: That knocked the wind out of me!
Master: Just breathe.

Student: Life’s hard.
Master: Life is simple; Your burdens are weighty.

Student: I handled that poorly.
Master: Stress and anger damage the heart.

Student: I cannot save them all.
Master: Can you save yourself?
