If you are going to give your programmer updates to your bylaws with changes from last year’s bylaws, and your bylaws are nine pages long, please red line the changes. Your programmer isn’t interested in reading every word and you don’t want him taking horrid shortcuts like using Microsoft Word’s "Save as webpage…"

You just made me shudder…
Though even that’s not quite as bad as MS Publisher’s Export to Web ability…
I believe both of those are on the CIA’s list of ways to elicit confessions from web developers.
