I think that its a classic example of shifting the responsibility to the consumer. Marketing is beting on your forgetting the trial, and frankly it’s not their fault. They have to do something to get you to try their product. I think that instead of faulting them for their relying on the consumer to remember 30 days, we should applaud them for having faith that you will like their service and giving you an option to cancel.
