Do you know how to transfer a site from iWeb to WordPress? I know nothing about CSS or XML or any of those… any ideas?

I have searched a little and not found anything that immediately jumped out:
*A discussion just under a year ago says it may be possible but nothing is known. Do you have the ability to export from iweb to xml?
*Maciverse appears to be down at the time of this comment but the cached page is available on Google (although it is taking forever to load right now) and has the promising title of "How To: Import your iWeb Blog to WordPress"
