I didn’t have anything like the online dressing room when I was a teen! I would have never left the house!
That’s probably not a worksafe link.
A juggling technophile shares personal stories, challenges, humor and perhaps some political commentary.
The things that should never be discussed much less published by non-professionals.

Somewhere on Reality Me or Domestic Psychology is the story of my indiscretions. Yes, I picked up a prostitute once and it became public. Well, I cannot pick you up anymore*. Unlike Dick Cheney’s wife, and Spitzer’s wife, my wife will not stand behind me.
What’s the difference between a computer consultant and a prostitute?
Slate asks why is prostitution illegal?
*I can’t find the post relating the story, so for those that missed it, I was working late downtown once. It was about midnight when I pulled up to a traffic light at Summit Avenue and Gay Street (thank you Knoxville for allowing me to use the words prostitute and gay in the same post) in the Jeep with the top down. A lady walks up and asks for a ride. Being a nice guy, I let her in. Half a block later it has become blatantly evident that I was being very naive and I was politely telling her to get out. I suppose, for the sake of knowledge, I should have at least asked, "how much?"
I said it was happening. Now CNN has caught on!
Why did Hillary Clinton win the Texas Democrat Primary? Because 98,223 (or more) Republicans had to vote for somebody!
By strategically voting Democratic in the Texas primary, I’ve joined the ranks of Texans who are not voting to secure a Republican nominee (since that has pretty much already been decided).
But rather, we have voted with the strategy to cause as much chaos within the Democratic party by intentionally voting for someone we do NOT want to win the presidential election, but who would be the more viable option to run against in the end.
Hat tip to Tim.
Update: Daily Kos presents evidence the Republicans are gaming the Democratic convention.

They are voting today!
This vote regarding kids going to the school closest to [their] home, gets voted on TOMORROW! This is an initial vote by six house members. They must be contacted today.
The original email:
Dear Friends and Neighbors,
Rep Mike Turner and Senator Haynes have proposed a change to the Tennessee Code that shall allow "any pupil so desiring to attend the school closest to the geographical location of the place of residence of the pupil." This bill is in committee this week so we must ACT NOW! You can get more information on this bill by going to the TN government state website: http://www.state.tn.us/
The bill is being proposed in both the house (2524) and senate (2891). This addresses the concerns of many families throughout Knox County who felt that their children should attend a school closer to their home.
I encourage you to call or email your representative. Also, if you have a relationship with anyone on this list or in the State House or Senate, please contact them as well.
Below is a list emails for State Officials representing Knox County.
Thank you for your time.

I have updated the post Presidential Hopefuls and their phones to reflect Hillary Clinton’s actual Twitter account. I could not find a Twitter account for Ralphie. Of course, I am on Twitter but I am not running for president.
I feel so much better about my own! See country current account balances. Didn’t we have a surplus under Clinton? How does McCain think we can finance the Iraq war for another 100 years?

Update 10/18/2008: I had to track down the image as the original link is dead. I don’t know the source of the study and I don’t recall the original image having that website on it.
Did you watch the Obama "Yes we can" video? If not watch it now! (embedded below)
Now it is only fair that John McCain have a similar video:
Special thanks to Rachel on Knoxviews for bringing this one to my attention!
